Cocoa Butter

Extracted from cocoa mass, cocoa butter is used in the composition of chocolate, but is also used in certain cosmetic or pharmaceutical products. Cocoa butter is obtained through a second level of processing that very few companies established in Côte d'Ivoire have reached.

Cocoa butter, whose color ranges from ivory yellow to brown, is packaged in block or flake form. It must be stored away from air and light.
